1. How do I choose my favorite items from the gift set?
If you select 'I want to select an item.' We will reach out to you via WhatsApp.

2. What exactly do you mean by "random items in set" for gift set?
We will try to match the items shown in the photo; however, if some items are out of stock, we will substitute another style.

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, but only in certain areas in Penang island and mainland. Charges may apply. Please refer here.

4. What can I do if I want to personalize my gift set?
You can reach us via WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram. Our helpful staff will make recommendations and design the set for you.

5. When will I receive the gift set?
In West Malaysia, for standard shipping, it usually takes 3 to 5 working days. It will take 5 to 10 working days to East Malaysia.

6. Will you include the invoice with the gift set?
We will not do so because you should have received the invoice via email. However, if send to Singapore, it is required for customs declaration.

Shipping Info

  • Use J&T by default. Or other couriers on the location and parcel size.
  • RM8 for West Malaysia, or free shipping for orders above RM100.
  • RM25 for East Malaysia, or free shipping for orders above RM250.
  • If you order before 10 am, we will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will be processed by the next day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
